FWD Group is seeking an experienced Events Lead in Hong Kong to own and deliver our Group Office internal events, from town halls to leadership meetings. You will translate business objectives into engaging live formats, manage vendor relationships, and guide budgets for multi-day programs.

You’ll partner with Communications, HR and Creative teams, ensure consistent messaging, and coach junior staff while driving post-event evaluation to improve future programs.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Operations, Hotel and Event Management, Journalism, Communications or similar preferred.
• 10 years of events management experience.
• 1–2 years virtual event experience.
• Experience handling stakeholders from diverse teams across Asia Pacific.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communications and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT specifically) & event management technology/platforms.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end conceptualisation, planning, implementation and delivery of key Group Office internal events.
• Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership and translate strategic objectives into compelling live formats.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, HR and Creative teams to ensure unified messaging.
• Communicate effectively with venues, virtual platforms and vendors; source and negotiate confidently.
• Own project-level financials including budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations and cost control.
• Manage multiple events with planning, registrations, onsite execution and logistics.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and oversee speaker briefings and run-of-show.
