FWD Group is seeking an experienced Senior Events Lead to drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of its flagship Group Office internal events portfolio, including HiVE agencies and partnerships.

You will partner with executive leadership to translate business objectives into compelling live and virtual events, oversee budgeting and vendor negotiations, and guide junior teams. The role requires travel and cross-Asia collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10 years of events management experience.
• 1-2 years virtual event experience.
• Experience handling stakeholders from diverse teams across Asia Pacific.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communications and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT) & event management technology/platforms.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end conceptualisation, planning, implementation and delivery of Group Office internal events (town halls, regional leadership meetings, recognition events).
• Translate strategic objectives into engaging live event formats and experiences for audiences.
• Establish measurable success criteria and use feedback to improve future events.
• Collaborate with Communications, HR and Creative teams for unified messaging.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, cost optimisation and reconciliation.
• Oversee logistics, registrations, onsite management and speaker coordination.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and guide junior coordinators and agency partners.
• Lead post-event evaluation and reporting with actionable insights.
