Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an senior Enterprise Architecture Lead to guide architecture projects within the CES portfolio. You will lead solution architects, translate business goals into technical opportunities, and ensure customer value while aligning with portfolio offerings.

You will drive solution strategy, participate in pre-sales, and present to customers as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within technology or managed services.
• Proven technology leadership in high-value enterprise engagements.
• Experience developing solution strategy, description and costing for pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses.
• Exceptional proposal development, written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture projects within DXC CES portfolio meeting customer objectives and timelines.
• Develop or lead a team of solution architects to deliver technical solutions that meet requirements.
• Collaborate to develop cohesive end-to-end customer solutions integrated with DXC portfolio.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead architecture projects within DXC's Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) portfolio, ensuring they meet customer objectives and timelines
• Individually develop or lead a team of solution architects to deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements, deliver verifiable customer value and align with CES portfolio offerings
• Collaborate as part of a team led by a Multi-Line Solution Architect to develop cohesive end to end customer solutions integrated with all parts of DXC's solution portfolio
• Translate customer's business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities leveraging DXC's technical capabilities
• Provide technical guidance for architecture projects, helping to resolve complex issues
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned to CES portfolio offerings that enhance efficiency and business goals
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the successful completion of architecture projects and report on progress
• Responsible for sizing and costing of the architected solution
• Responsible for presenting the solution to the customer and serve as trusted advisor to establish customer confidence

Job Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a technology or managed services provider
• Demonstrated experience in technology leadership in high value engagements within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience in development of solution strategy, solution description and solution costing for pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses
• Exceptional proposal development, written and oral skills
• Prior engagement at senior client technical team level (e.g. Client Technical Lead, Chief Architect, Chief Technologist etc.) in a consultative or solutioning capacity
• Demonstrate strong expertise in at least one enterprise technology domain and industry, while also understanding broader DXC CES offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and project management skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese fluently
