Sino Jet Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior aviation operations professional to liaise with aircraft owners’ representatives, plan flight procedures, and coordinate with schedulers, aircrew, maintenance and management to align aircraft movements and schedules.

The position requires a degree in aviation or related discipline, at least 10 years in business aviation, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above, preferably in aviation or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business aviation industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Mature and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work out of hours and under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate related personnel to provide an exceptional client experience.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with aircraft owners and representatives to plan all flight procedures.
• Cooperate with flight schedulers, aircrew, maintenance personnel and management to converge on aircraft movements and schedules.
• Manage and audit aviation cost records, receipts and invoices regularly.
• Coordinate aviation flight log verification and trip cost data.
• Compile aircraft operational reports for clients and company personnel.
• Handle client relationships and transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Acquire knowledge on HK and PRC aviation markets and related regulations.

Job Requirements
