Job summary

Sands China Retail is seeking a Leasing Senior Manager to drive leasing strategies across Macau and the Greater Bay Area, coordinating flagship stores and global brands within the largest mall portfolio.

Lead occupancy and rental performance, analyze consumer trends, and collaborate with Retail Strategy to optimize brand mix. A proven record in large-scale mall leasing and China market experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant work experience with recent years exposed to the China market.
• Experienced in retail leasing for sizeable shopping malls.
• Strong in retailer relationship with proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
• Knowledge of retail industry with global awareness of international retail trends.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and active listening skills.
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and negotiate with emerging retailers new to Macau from Mainland China and wider APAC regions
• Research and analyze consumer trends and shopping behavior
• Maximize occupancy level and rental for the retail portfolio
• Assist the development and delivery of Leasing Plan
• Provide support to Retail Strategy by formulating trade mix plan including brand review and selection to optimize rental and occupancy
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of leasing reports and documents
• Other duties as assigned
