Qualifikationen

• Knowledge in Systems Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in systems engineering of advanced laser or electro-optics systems.
• Proven experience in requirements engineering, system design reviews, and verification/validation plans.
• Solid understanding of optics, lasers, and electro-optical systems to effectively lead system integration and design decisions.
• Familiarity with systems engineering practices including requirements traceability, interface definition, and verification planning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, thermal and safety considerations in advanced laser and electro-optics design.
• Hands-on experience in advanced laser and electro-optics performance testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across engineering domains.
• Proficiency in optical design tools and simulation software.
• Strong leadership and technical coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into engineering requirements and solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in early R&D stages, and able to structure complexity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams toward shared objectives.
