PERSOL Hong Kong Limited seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily building services maintenance at a mega HK hub. You will focus on Plumbing & Drainage systems, lead frontline technicians, and coordinate with external contractors to meet safety and performance standards.

Your duties include site inspections, fault diagnosis, rectification planning, and preparing technical reports, maintenance schedules, and SOPs, with involvement in testing and commissioning for upgrade projects.

Qualifikationen

• Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building services maintenance with a strong focus on large-scale plumbing and drainage systems.
• Prior experience supervising frontline technicians or managing subcontractors is highly preferred.
• Possession of relevant licenses (e.g., Licensed Plumber or Registered Electrical Worker Class A/B) is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and basic written English.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operation, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair of large-scale building services, focusing on Plumbing & Drainage (P&D) systems.
• Lead a team of frontline technicians and manage external contractors to ensure water supply, drainage, and pumping systems meet safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, diagnose technical faults, and formulate effective rectification plans.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in managing testing and commissioning (T&M) for facility upgrade projects.
