Job summary

BIT is seeking an experienced Compliance Product Manager to own the on-chain analytics and transaction monitoring (KYT) product line. You will define risk scoring, detection rules, alerts, and dispositions, and partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

You will design workflows, improve metrics like false positives and time-to-disposition, evaluate third-party analytics vendors, and ensure audit trails. Fluency in Chinese and English preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance product leadership in crypto or payments.
• End-to-end ownership of KYT or transaction-monitoring product.
• Experience using data/metrics to improve compliance ops efficiency.
• Ability to produce build-ready PRDs (rules, state transitions, acceptance criteria).
• Knowledge of FATF 16 and Travel Rule and related on/off ramp policies.
• Experience with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams; Chinese & English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own on-chain analytics and KYT product line, including risk scoring and thresholds.
• Design alert triage, case management workflows, and improve metrics like false positives and time-to-disposition.
• Build configurable rules engine for self-service monitoring rules.
• Evaluate and manage third-party on-chain analytics vendors.
• Integrate with sanctions, KYC, withdrawal risk controls, and Travel Rule workflows.
• Maintain complete audit trails and disposition lineage for regulatory inquiries.
