You will work on low-latency engines, multi-threaded architecture, and sophisticated market infrastructure, collaborating with traders and researchers to push the platform forward while ensuring robust, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing algorithmic trading or order management systems (OMS).
• Solid understanding of exchange mechanics, auction types, and regulatory frameworks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make rapid, informed decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and upgrade low-latency algorithmic trading engines and execution platforms.
• Design and launch high-performance features on core, mission-critical systems.
• Partner with traders, quantitative researchers, and product teams to improve execution tools.
• Adapt software to handle different global market rules, liquidity constraints, and trading structures.
• Provide tier-3 technical troubleshooting and deep data analysis for core trading infrastructure.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge libraries, tools, and technical frameworks to keep the platform ahead.
