Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a major financial institution with a global markets footprint, is expanding its Delta 1 Algorithmic Trading team and seeks a Java Developer to design, build, and enhance our execution platform.

This hands-on role focuses on developing low-latency trading systems, back-testing frameworks, and production-grade Java code to drive real-time execution across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Java background with production-system experience.
• Experience with low-latency trading or real-time systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Python/Bash) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design & build high-performance trading systems powering in-house algorithms.
• Back-test and validate strategies and performance metrics.
• Improve and optimize existing algorithms for low latency and reliability.
• Own the production Java codebase and participate in design reviews.
