Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate IT Technical Support Engineer in Hong Kong to provide internal IT support and ensure infrastructure stays operational. This contract role spans six months and targets candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have troubleshooting and IT support experience.
• Experience with ITIL framework and service management.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure systems stay operational.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to next level engineers or vendors.
• Provide updates and feedback to clients and stakeholders.
