Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3+ years in IT management or system administration.
• Experience in financial industry IT management preferred (securities/asset management/insurance brokerage).
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with IT security frameworks, backup, disaster recovery, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and maintain the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers, cloud services, hardware, and collaboration tools.
• Establish and manage the technical architecture of core business systems including trading, asset management, and CRM systems.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance; develop backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement information security policies with access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments; manage IT vendors and service providers.
