Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist with significant experience in Windows and Linux environments. The successful candidate will administer and support network infrastructure, provide end-user workstation support, and assist with project implementations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with 2 years in finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support servers and network infrastructure.
• Provide end-user workstation support, including Windows OS and productivity tools.
• Assist with IT enhancement initiatives and project implementation.
• Maintain and review IT hardware inventory and support contracts.
• Ensure compliance with group IT policies, procedures, and standards.
