Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IT Business Analyst / Solution Lead experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance.
• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.
• Hands-on Java and SQL.
• Knowledge in Linux.
• Mandarin speaking and willingness to travel to ShenZhen a plus.
