Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned IT Audit professional to strengthen governance, risk, and control environment. You will lead end-to-end IT audit assignments and mentor staff, shaping audit strategy and delivering impactful assurance in a dynamic business setting.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, provide clear insights, and monitor emerging risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in IT audit or related assurance functions.
Degree in IT, CS, Business, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO, and DevOps.
Experience auditing IT applications, databases, cybersecurity, data governance, and project/change management.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT audit assignments, planning, execution, and reporting.
Provide expertise on IT controls to support wider business audits.
Partner with senior stakeholders, offering insights and practical recommendations.
Monitor emerging risks and industry developments, adapting audit approaches.
Contribute to risk-based audit plans and drive process/system enhancements.
Mentor and develop audit staff, fostering collaboration and growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
