Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Senior IT Audit professional to lead risk-based IT audit engagements across corporate banking platforms, networks, and data centers in a fast-paced environment. You will evaluate ITGCs, application controls, and BCM processes, ensuring alignment with HKMA frameworks and regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT audit or technology risk experience in financial services.
• CISA/CISSP/CISM preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, risk-based IT audit engagements across corporate banking apps, networks, cybersecurity frameworks, and data centers.
• Evaluate IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and business continuity management systems for adequacy and effectiveness.
• Ensure IT and cyber resilience frameworks align with HKMA Supervisory Policy Manuals (e.g., TM-E-1, OR-2) and statutory regulations.
• Formulate concise, high-quality IT audit reports for executive management with remediation strategies.
• Partner with CIO, CISO and technology heads to provide strategic pre-implementation advice on major core banking upgrades.
• Mentor and manage a team of IT auditors and promote automated data analytics tools.
