Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned IT Audit professional to strengthen governance, risk, and control environment. You will lead end-to-end IT audit assignments and mentor staff, shaping audit strategy and delivering impactful assurance in a dynamic business setting.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, provide clear insights, and monitor emerging risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in IT audit or related assurance functions.
• Degree in IT, CS, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO, and DevOps.
• Experience auditing IT applications, databases, cybersecurity, data governance, and project/change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving.

• Proven track record in auditing IT applications, databases, cybersecurity, data governance, and project/change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast‑changing environments.
