Job summary

Atlantic Gate is seeking a senior technical leader to own the application and integration landscape behind its forwarding operations. You will drive architecture for core transport, regional TMS and finance apps while ensuring security, reliability and maintainability.

You will lead the development team, set engineering standards, manage DevOps and release processes, and mentor regional support analysts. Strong leadership, hands-on capability and cross‑region collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading a development team.
• Strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD and release management.
• Experience with API and EDI connectivity in logistics.
• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical landscape of core transport apps, regional TMS and finance systems.
• Lead the development team, set engineering standards and ensure code quality.
• Own lifecycle management, DevOps, builds, deployments and environment management.
• Oversee QA/test discipline, release readiness and rollback planning.
• Drive performance, monitoring, and data integrity across systems.
• Deliver API/EDI connectivity in line with integration standards.
• Translate priorities into a technically sound backlog with estimates.
• Mentor regional support analysts and lift technical ownership.
• Collaborate with product owners, vendors and business stakeholders.
