Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking an Investment Consultant to coach branch marketing staff, boost investment sales, and implement business strategies across regions. You will assist frontline teams to identify suitable clients, prepare client presentations, and participate in joint marketing calls as a product specialist.

Candidates should have a university degree, CFP/CFA qualifications, and at least five years in banking; HKIB qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

University graduate, preferably with CFP or CFA qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years' banking experience; prior experience as an Investment Consultant is advantageous.
HKIB qualifications are an asset; HKIB Certified Bankers preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet investment targets.
Boost investment sales and optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business.
Formulate and implement business strategies to meet regional targets and generate investment fee income.
Assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers and prepare presentation materials for clients.
Participate in joint marketing calls with frontline staff to act as investment product specialist.
