Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced investment sales coach to lead and develop staff in their investment business. Ideal candidates will possess 8-10 years of experience in banking, particularly in investment sales coaching.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coaching for licensed investment sales staff in the investment business
• Join calls with licensed investment sales staff to facilitate the investment business
• Execute the bank directive in the investment business
• Collaborate with the investment product team to support ongoing investment sales activity and product launch
• Support the Branch Manager in exploring investment strategy from the branch portfolio
• Host workshops/clinics to uplift sales skills of individual sales staff
• Enhance the know‑how of sales on AML, compliance and regulatory related items

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 8‑10 years of banking experience in frontline investment business sales or coaching
• Passionate about HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications
• Strong sales‑driven, result‑oriented with good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Possessing qualifications of ECF‑RWM would be an advantage
