Job summary

Clearwater Analytics Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Implementation to guide clients through onboarding and platform customization of Clearwater’s PMS. You will build in-depth product knowledge, manage client relationships, apply project methodologies, and craft requirement documents, while serving as the primary client-facing contact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
5+ years of experience in hedge fund or asset management environments.
Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

Manage new client implementations and be the first point of contact for platform customization and workflow consulting.
Consult with clients to align business processes with Clearwater solutions.
Engage senior stakeholders to review project progress and status.
Coordinate with internal teams on data migration, interfaces, and trading workflows.
Set up Clearwater components (Funds, Brokers, Trade Commissions, GL accounts) per client needs.
Support custom Position, Trade and Accounting reporting requirements.
Identify process improvements and document implementations workflows.
