Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Implementation to guide clients through the portfolio management system setup. You will build deep PMS knowledge, manage client relationships, apply project methodologies, draft requirements, and serve as the client-facing liaison throughout implementations.

The role requires 5+ years in hedge funds or asset management with strong communication and risk-management skills, plus experience in data migration, interfaces and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hedge fund or asset management.
• Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with project milestones and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client implementations and be the first point of contact for platform customization and workflow consulting.
• Consult with clients to align business processes with Clearwater software and services.
• Engage stakeholders to review project progress and status.
• Liaise with internal teams to support data migration, interfaces, and trading workflows.
• Facilitate setup of Clearwater components (Funds, Brokers, Trade Commissions, etc.) per client needs.
• Support custom Position, Trade and Accounting reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Implementation workflows.
