Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Customer Technical Implementation to act as the primary client-facing technical liaison for multi-product deployments. You will own end-to-end delivery, orchestrate integrations, manage environments, and lead SIT/UAT with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth go-lives and steady hypercare support.

The role requires 8–10+ years in technical implementation, strong stakeholder skills, and a solid foundation in APIs, data flows, and delivery

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in technical implementation, solution delivery, or platform integration.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Broad technical foundation across integrations, APIs/data flows, environments/infrastructure, and delivery lifecycle fundamentals.
• Proven ability to operate independently and lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end implementation experience: discovery, integration, SIT/UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Healthcare or health insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple products.
• Lead integration requirements, design discussions, and interface behaviours.
• Drive environment readiness with Cloud/DevOps and product teams.
• Plan and lead SIT/UAT with defect triage and sign-off artefacts.
• Coordinate go-live cutover and post‑go‑live stabilization.
