Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Lead, Strategic Partnerships (Hong Kong) role is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of our most strategic customer relationships, ensuring multi‑year growth, renewal health, and expansion across our portfolio. Today, this role is pivotal in ensuring AIA maximises the value of our technology ecosystem, delivering innovative, data‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Outcomes
  • Delivery of agreed products being deployed.
  • Demonstrate financial impact of Amplify Health products for our customers.
  • Improve client satisfaction score year‑on‑year.
  • Deepen client engagement and identify areas for growth and product expansion.
Responsibilities
  • Overall ownership of P&L for customer account.
  • Own and deliver revenue & cost targets ensuring sustainable business performance.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, structuring agreements that balance value creation with risk appetite.
  • Track and report on account performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Amplify Health product usage and coverage.
  • Manage executive relationships and escalations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with executive‑level stakeholders, positioning Amplify Health as a strategic partner that supports customer objectives.
  • Develop a long‑term account strategy for the customer, ensuring alignment with their business objectives, digital transformation roadmap, and Amplify Health’s growth ambitions.
  • Facilitate regular executive reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement, i.e. Monthly SteerCo.
  • Improve client satisfaction score year‑on‑year.
  • Delivery of agreed roadmap for IPP to ensure value delivery for BU.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between key account stakeholders and internal cross‑functional teams, including product development, data analytics, and technology.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits for senior stakeholders, reinforcing Amplify Health’s value proposition.
  • Direct product implementation team to ensure timely delivery of product roadmap to customer.
  • Ensure tactical team (Provider management, Claims Operational, Analytic) is focused on the right initiatives driving adoption and integration of Amplify Health offerings to deliver measurable business value.
Experience and Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in health insurance industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts in SaaS/DaaS or technology‑driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field; advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
