Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Data Analytics to design, deliver and monitor healthcare analytics products and frameworks. You will work with data science, technology, terminology and data teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and measurable value for clients.

You will lead end‑to‑end analytics delivery, translate clinical and financial needs into actionable insights, and support innovation across Amplify Health’s analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience delivering healthcare analytics solutions.
• Ability to translate clinical, operational and financial needs into analytics use cases.

Responsibilities

• Client & Market Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare market and translate needs into analytics use cases.
• Analytics Delivery & Value Realisation: Lead end-to-end delivery and post-launch optimisation of analytics solutions.
• Data Analysis, Insight & Reporting: Analyse datasets and translate findings into actionable insights; create dashboards and reports.
• Stakeholder, Relationship & Cross-Functional Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients; manage dependencies and risks.
• Innovation, Product Development & Opportunity Identification: Identify analytics opportunities and prototype new modules with clients and product teams.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare data regulations and governance standards.
• Client Enablement, Communication & Continuous Improvement: Educate clients and deliver effective enablement sessions.
• Client Education & Capability Building: Advocate for analytics capability across client and internal teams.
• Solution Ownership: Lead end-to-end design and execution of analytics solutions; ensure quality and timely delivery.
