Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking an HR Manager to bridge corporate HR and operational units. You will drive compliance, talent execution, and organizational effectiveness across diverse business lines, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams.

The role emphasizes deep regulatory expertise and strong stakeholder management, with a mix of autonomous and collaborative work in a large corporate structure.

Qualifications

• Education in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years in HR generalist or HRBP roles in large corporates or matrixed orgs.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder management capability.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local ordinances, statutory requirements, and governance across units.
• Advise senior leaders on performance, org design, and change management.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition and workforce planning.
