Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd seeks an experienced finance professional for its hotels portfolio in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role involves accounting, consolidation, reporting, and in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with CPA or equivalent, 10+ years of finance/audit experience in hotel operations, and strong English and Chinese communication. A demanding, high‑tempo environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, with CPA or other professional qualification in accounting.
• Prior working experience in audit preferred
• At least 10 years’ working experience, including relevant experience in sizable hotels with extensive F&B and other facilities
• Solid working experience in finance discipline for hotels in Hong Kong and mainland China where experience in hotel’s operation is an add advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accounting and financial review matters, including consolidation, reporting and analysis of the portfolio hotels in Hong Kong and mainland China
• Working closely with headquarter corporate offices and finance teams of portfolio hotels
• Provide consolidated management reports and analysis with value-added views on business and good interpretation of financial data
• Perform regular reviews on financial controls
• Provide support on other ad hoc projects
• (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager.)
