St. James’ Settlement in Wan Chai seeks a Home Manager (SW I / GOV-NO) for a contract position to lead the elderly services division and ensure high-quality residential care operations.

The role requires a social work degree or RN registration with a valid practising certificate, plus 10 years' post-degree social work or nursing experience, including supervisory duties. English and Chinese proficiency is essential, as is strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• At least 10 years of post-degree social work experience or at least 10 years of post registration clinical nursing experience in hospital, work in elderly service or geriatric ward including supervisory duties.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese; good proposal writing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; able to work with multidisciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise multidisciplinary team and oversee the operation of the nursing home.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing home, day care units and RCSV Scheme services.
• Open up resources, financial control and drive continuous improvements of the service.
