Prudential plc in Hong Kong invites applications for a Director, IFRS Performance Management. You will review IFRS financial performance across business units and provide timely reporting to Group stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency with TEV metrics.
As a trusted partner to Group Finance and regional teams, you will manage quarterly, half-yearly and annual processes, drive IFRS 17 knowledge, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Supporting the Director, IFRS Performance Management, responsible for:
Proactively review and analyse IFRS submissions, and clearly articulate key performance and technical issues. Work closely with the Group Finance and Actuarial reporting team, the regional performance management teams, and local business units on identified issues, and collaborate on appropriate resolutions. Manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual processes and deliverables relating to IFRS actual reporting, the 3-year Plan, and quarterly forecasts, including external disclosures. Consolidate the results and prepare analysis and management reports with high accuracy and timeliness. Ensure relevant and accurate financial & management information are made available to senior management. Proactively review and improve IFRS processes and workflows to deliver increased operational efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in investigations to optimise financial outcomes and enhance consistency in application across the Group. Support the assessment of BUs’ AIB outcomes.
