• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Targets group/catering accounts with proactive solicitation and account saturation.
• Partners with group/catering counterparts to manage business opportunities.
• Responds to incoming group/catering opportunities outside parameters of the property.
• Identifies, qualifies and solicits new group/catering business to achieve revenue goals.
• Develops group/catering sales plans and actions.
• Maximizes revenue by upselling packages and catering services.
• Builds relationships with customers to enable future bookings.
• Provides excellent customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
