Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced FX product specialist to provide expert guidance to frontline sales staff, engage with clients, and help drive FX business growth while delivering an enhanced client experience.

You will join a dynamic team, deliver market updates, tailor insights for high-net-worth clients, assist in client meetings, and support product launches and training to uplift frontline knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
• HKSI licensing examinations pass is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven FX sales experience, with high-net-worth clients.
• Solid knowledge of retail banking and FX products.
• Independent, proactive, and able to execute strategies; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide FX product expertise and market insights to frontline sales teams.
• Join client meetings to present product options and explain features and risks.
• Support FX sales activities and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Deliver tailored insights to high-net-worth and affluent clients.
• Train branches on FX products and support new product launches.
• Help grow FX business by expanding client engagement opportunities.
