Job summary

Haven of Hope Christian Service in Hong Kong is seeking an Event Marketing Officer to lead event operations and drive fundraising initiatives within a compassionate Christian context.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above in Marketing/Communications/Advertising, at least one year in event management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, creative approach to promotional materials and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines with event management experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field with solid knowledge in communication or event management.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; good communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, pleasant personality and self-drive.

• Responsible for event operation management and fundraising

• Monitor post event results and produce analysis report
