You will also analyze requirements, validate solutions, and drive collaborative engagement with stakeholders to ensure delivery and quality across initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IT leadership roles.
• 8+ years as BSA/IT role.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to lead large IT projects independently.
