Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Execution technology team in Hong Kong. You will design and build scalable web applications, backend services, and data pipelines that support critical financial operations and risk management functions.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, with strong emphasis on frontend React/TypeScript skills and robust backend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with financial applications, workflows, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate between business and technical teams.
• Financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support financial workflows.
• Create efficient database schemas and optimize data access patterns.
• Architect solutions capable of handling large-scale financial datasets.
• Participate in agile development, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Write automated tests and ensure high code quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and drive optimizations.
• Connect frontend applications with internal backend services and external data providers.
• Collaborate with product control, treasury, risk, and execution teams to gather requirements.
