Job summary

HerdHR Private Limited in Hong Kong seeks a skilled full stack developer to join a dynamic team and drive web app initiatives. You will work across the stack, apply PHP Laravel and JS frameworks, and contribute to architecture, testing and quality. The role requires strong English communication and collaboration within an agile environment.

You will design, implement, and maintain features while exploring new technologies to enhance user experience. Growth, teamwork, and ownership are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology; 3 years of full stack experience.
• At least 3 years in an agile environment.
• Experience with PHP Laravel and any JS framework.
• Familiar with NodeJS, Git and Jira a plus.
• Strong design, implementation, testing and debugging skills.
• Independent, resourceful, analytical thinker.
• Ability to learn quickly across multiple technologies.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, Monitor and Manage the development team.
• Having the ability to make excellent decisions in coding.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engine three (3) years of experience in full stack development.
• At least three (3) years of experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with the following programming languages: PHP's Laravel and any JS Framework.
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Familiar with NodeJS, Git, Jira will be added advantage.
• Possess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing and trouble-shooting.
• An independent, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical thinker.
• Ability to learn, explore, get up to speed and execute projects which may include a variety of technologies and programming languages.
• Experience with debugging and fixing critical bugs under tight deadline
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
