Job summary

Joy Studios is seeking a Senior Full-stack Back-office Tools Engineer to own the B2B back-office platform powering partner operations. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, admin panels, and reporting systems used daily by partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
• Expertise with modern front-end frameworks (Vue, React) and TypeScript.
• Strong back-end API experience in TypeScript/Node.js; C# or Python a plus.
• SQL databases experience, especially PostgreSQL, with large data for reporting.
• Understanding RESTful APIs, state management, and modular software patterns.
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and Git.
• Familiarity with LLM-augmented workflows.
• Degree in CS/engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and maintain the full-stack back-office platform with dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools.
• Develop game performance reporting and audit tooling for visibility into metrics and revenue.
• Implement fraud analysis and partner-facing game configuration interfaces.
• Create APIs connecting back-office to backend services and data stores.
• Promote AI-augmented development practices to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, tests, and documentation.
• Collaborate with game engineers, DevOps, and product leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering standards.
