Job summary

TOPPAN Nexus in Hong Kong seeks an (Assistant) Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to own the FP&A function, independently drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support management decisions, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven insights and actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance or similar experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience in financial modelling and business decision support.
• Experience working with business leaders and senior management.
• Strong data analysis and digital skills; proficient in Excel and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly management reporting and financial analysis for TOPPAN Nexus.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes with business leaders.
• Provide financial insights to support planning, management decisions and performance reviews.
• Develop and improve financial models, reports and dashboards; support system implementation.
