Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd. seeks a Senior FP&A/FP&A Manager to lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple countries.

You will consolidate performance, deliver monthly management reports, and partner with executives to drive business growth. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in FP&A or related fields, with strong English communication and advanced modeling skills in Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance.

Responsibilities

A successful Senior FP&A/FP&A Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance.
• Proven regional FP&A experience within a multinational organization.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing key decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar systems.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive management.
