Job summary

Second Talent is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive fintech experiences in Hong Kong. You will design wireframes, journeys, and mockups, translating complex financial concepts into clear interfaces and maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, evolve design systems, and stay ahead of fintech UX trends, delivering user-centric designs supported by a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio and track record of user-centric designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent visual design skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry in Hong Kong is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for a range of digital products and services.
• Envision multiple iterative digital experience concepts and present them effectively to clients.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Define, maintain, and evolve design systems to guide the evolution of digital products across their lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain design systems like Figma and UI guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple and easy-to-understand user interfaces.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies, particularly within the fintech and financial services industries.
• Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimization.
