Job summary

Scenario Cockram Limited is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee regional consolidation and reporting across multiple countries. You will review management reports for compliance with corporate standards and provide insights to support decisions.

The role partners with business leaders, leads annual audits and coordinates regulatory filings, ensuring alignment with local accounting standards and governance. Strong Excel and bilingual English/Chinese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience with regional exposure in construction or similar industry and sizable audit experience (Big 4).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a small finance team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and corporate finance practices.
• Detail-oriented with track record of accurate, timely financial reports.
• Analytical, self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA qualification or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience preferably with regional exposure in construction industry and sizable audit experience, ideally gained from a Big 4 accounting firm

At least 3 years of managerial experience with proven ability to lead and develop a small finance team

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and corporate finance practices

Detail-oriented with a demonstrated track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports

Analytical, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
