Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior finance leader to manage day-to-day accounts receivable and revenue operations, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal policies. You will shape AR strategy, drive automation, and own KPI reporting while leading AR, billing, and collections teams.

You will partner with IT, Product, Finance Systems, and Customer Support to resolve root causes and support finance transformation initiatives on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Masters in business or CPA/CFA; Bachelor’s degree also considered.
• 8–12 years in finance operations with AR/AP and FP&A, with some managerial experience.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in driving process improvements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of finance operations related to Accounts Receivable and Revenue, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Lead day-to-day finance operations for AR and Revenue, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, SOX, and policies.
• Define and execute global/regional AR strategy aligned with business goals and risk management.
• Drive standardization, automation, and optimization of invoicing, aging, and overdue receivables with Collections.
• Own AR performance reporting and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Manage bad-debt provisioning process through analysis, controls, and governance.
• Act as a key business partner balancing commercial relationships with financial discipline.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from requirements to post-implementation monitoring.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate across IT, Product, Finance Systems, Supply, and Customer Support to resolve root causes.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities related to receivables and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AR, billing, and collections teams with clear ownership and a high-performance culture.
