Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead accounting operations and provide strategic financial insights. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with FLEX / Fion accounting systems, and a track record in managing full sets of accounts for large organizations.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree, professional qualifications (HKICPA/ACCA/CFA), and 5+ years of accounting or audit experience.

• 8+ years of experience in investment and financial management within large-scale enterprises.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA/CFA.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Flex and Fion.
• Experience supervising a team and leading full sets of accounts.

Job description

• 8 years exp in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates is preferred.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.
• Lead process enhancement projects to improve efficiency and financial controls.
• Supervise & lead teams for full set of accounts
• Strong in Excel and knowledge in Flex and Fion
• Qualified Accountant, 10 years’ relevant exp.
• Drive strategy through financial insights
• Supervise & lead a Small Team for full set of accounts
• Knowledge of Accounting System (FLEX / Fion) and strong in Excel
• Qualified Accountant, 5+ years of Working Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese;
• 5-year or above relevant working experience with professional qualification;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any other related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
