Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join a global European investment bank on a 12-month contract starting January 2027. You will bridge business users and tech teams, helping automate accounting interfaces and drive core ledger projects across APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of accounting schemes and IFRS-related treatments.
• Experience validating and testing financial data across systems.
• 5+ years of BA or Finance project experience in Banking/FS; front-to-back trade workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs and translate into clear tech specs; design target operating models.
• Develop and execute financial data testing and UAT; sign off on validation.
• Support ledger and system integration; assist with IFRS changes and system upgrades.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, IT and Ops to keep regional projects on track.
