Job summary

Links International supports a leading bank seeking a Finance professional to join its team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and financial control within the banking sector, offering exposure to multiple stakeholders and ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will handle general ledger reconciliations, assist in month-end close, reconcile intercompany accounts, and prepare regulatory submissions, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger to source-system reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end closing and journal entries.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts with Singapore counterparts.
• Analyze variances and support month-end reporting.
• Prepare financial schedules and reporting packages.
• Participate in finance projects and process improvements.
• Prepare HKMA regulatory returns and other submissions.
• Monitor daily/weekly Liquidity Maintenance Ratio reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
