Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a seasoned factory operations leader to drive production, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within an EMS environment. You will oversee key manufacturing activities, lean initiatives, and automation projects to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing and Production in EMS industry.
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO 14006, ICTI, BSCI, and EU RoHS Quality System.
• Strong technical and project management background.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory operations including production/manufacturing process and continuous improvement and automation.
• Coordinate with all relevant internal departments to improve management efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
