Qualifications

• University degree holder.
• More than 5 years of experience in trade services operations.
• Sound Import and Export knowledge.
• Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) holder.
• Familiar with ICC rules (UCP600, ISBP, URR725 and URC522).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate.

Responsibilities

• Assume the processing, checking, approval and controlling functions of trade operations (new booking and settlement of conventional trade transactions and structured trade products).
• Perform initial and final check of import and export trade documents.
• Handle compliance judgment on trade transactions and report discrepancies to superiors.
• Validate the workings carried out by subordinates on import/export trade transactions and booking entries.
• Deal with internal and external customers for import/export trade matters.
• Assist in accomplishing the Section’s duties and participate in ad-hoc projects.
