Job summary

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) seeks an IT professional to serve as the primary technical specialist for the Ellucian Banner ERP System. The role covers system development, operations, user support, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests for the ERP and related applications.

You will analyse business requirements, build integrations between Banner and other systems, create APIs, automated workflows and electronic forms, and develop reports and dashboards to support
