You will engage business users, review architectures, and coordinate with Mainland China teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions. Strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field.
• 8+ years in system design, development, architecture, or project management in large enterprise settings.
• Experience with enterprise application localization and offshore teams.
• Strong communication with cross-border stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Java, MySQL, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to capture requirements and analyze HK-specific workflows for localization of enterprise apps.
• Review system architecture, designs, and implementation plans for quality and scalability.
• Coordinate with Mainland and cross-functional teams for data flows and integrations.
• Provide day-to-day support for mission-critical applications and perform root cause analyses.
• Create and maintain key project artifacts including architecture documents and BRDs.
