Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a Senior Engineer for Document & Risk Management Systems within the Technology Services team. You will own and administer Windows and Linux servers, implement iManage and Intapp integrations, and lead deployments across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires strong scripting, API, and monitoring skills, with a focus on security, data integrity and collaboration with legal staff. NYC hiring range is $133,600 - $200,400.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in administration of MS-Windows and Linux application servers (App/Web/DB)
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts for deployment and admin tasks
• Experience deploying APIs and web services (REST/RPC)
• Experience with Cloud and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments
• Experience with application/server/performance troubleshooting
• Experience with IIS & Apache web servers
• Experience with monitoring and database optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects to stay on time and budget
• Experience with iManage and Intapp integrations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, manage and own MS-Windows and Linux app/web/database servers (on-prem and Cloud)
• Implement applications to DBMS servers (MS-SQL Server, Linux)
• Provide third-level support for enterprise systems
• Develop and enforce firm standards for software deployment
• Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure availability
• Ensure data integrity with security, backups and recovery plans
• Interface with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
• Maintain a clear planning process with defined deliverables
• Report project risks and issues for mitigation
• Maintain vendor relations and multi-year roadmaps
