Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Hong Kong to provide Tier 2 support for Laserfiche, iManage, and GFS applications. You will own incidents through resolution, manage platform configurations, and drive improvements with stakeholders across security and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong problem‑solving, governance, and documentation, with hybrid work options and a focus on financial services operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
• Understanding of document management concepts, RBAC and retention.
• Experience with enterprise apps in production and incident diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for document management platforms and GFS apps.
• Troubleshoot across platform, integrations, authentication, and storage.
• Own change execution, runbooks, RCA, and post‑incident reviews.
• Collaborate with security, vendors, and stakeholders to meet SLAs.
